Infusionsoft provides complete CRM (Customer Relationship Management) features, but often enough you need to integrate Infusionsoft campaigns with other systems. Our team faced this situation on a project for a client whose sales team uses Salesforce. They wanted the automated campaigns the Infusionsoft provides, but they did NOT want to migrate their sales team from Salesforce.

The tool for integrating these systems is Zapier. It has some easy to use feature for connecting the applications involved in the solution. This included LanderApp, Infusionsoft and Salesforce.

This tutorial video reviews the workflow that starts with a LanderApp opt-in form creating a new contact in Infusionsoft which creates a new lead in Salesforce. It reviews creating the new contact in Infusionsoft which begins a campaign that sends email messages to the contact over the following weeks. As the contact watches a series of 7 videos, the contact is tagged in Infusionosft with via Zapier creates notes in the corresponding Salesforce lead record. With zero access to Infusionsoft, the sales team has full visibility to this sales funnel activity and can response accordingly.

So you want to add your new Facebook leads as contacts on your Infusionsoft CRM. But do you really have the time to do that manually for every new lead? It can be quite tiresome! That’s where Automate.io comes in. It’s a simple tool to connect your favorite web apps. To begin, visit this page, click on the use case box and click on the Get Started Button.

To begin, you will see the Add Accounts screen. Here you will add your Infusionsoft & Facebook Lead Ads accounts to Automate.io. Authorize these apps by clicking on the ‘Connect’ button and entering your credentials. We always keep your data secure with bank-level encryption.

After successfully authenticating your apps, you will land on the Configure page. Here, you will configure the specific data that you want to transfer from your Facebook leads to Infusionsoft. In our case, we want to add or update a contact on Infusionsoft whenever there is a new lead on Facebook. By the way, there are many actions available here. You can make use of them for any other tasks.

Now, select the Facebook page and form from which you want to collect lead data. And map the necessary fields to your Infusionsoft CRM. If your lead has agreed to receive emails from you, you can set Opt In to ‘Yes’. For a more detailed view of your leads, you can map Facebook lead data to fields like phone number, Job title, Address, etc. This helps you segment your leads properly and run more specific, targeted marketing campaigns in the future.

We’ve now set up our bot. So go ahead and click Done. Now, let’s test it out. Now, come back to your Automate.io dashboard. Perfect! Let’s check our Infusionsoft. There you go!
