QUESTION 2: How do I build a basic Infusionsoft “Opportunity Sales Pipeline”?

Video Blog URL: www.beeautomated.com

That is a big question. One that is not easily answered in a sentence. I don’t know of any free videos out there. So, I’m posting a webinar recording that I did for Infusionsoft right after ICON17 (Infusionsoft Conference 2017).
This webinar is almost the exact “Sales Pipeline” presentation I gave at the conference. At the end of the recording it’ll even give you the url to the free power point I gave to ICON attendees.
The webinar has been edited by Judi Miller from Infusionsoft to be only 30mins. Give Judes a shout out for saving us all time!!

Sales Pipeline Setup
The hardest thing about getting into Infusionsoft’s Sales Pipeline is the education around it.
I think that’s what provoked this question by Jamie.
This recording will primarily go over the basics of what a sales pipeline should do for your company, then shows you how to build it inside of Infusionsoft.
Outline Sales Pipeline
1. Setup Default Stage
Opportunity Defaults
Set Sales Pipeline Stages

2. Setup Campaign Builder
Part 1: Capture Lead
Part 2: Create Automatic Opportunities
Part 3: Stage Creation – Automation
3. Test Pipeline
*Bonus – Setup Dashboard / Saved Searches

What this webinar recording doesn’t cover
The Infusionsoft University used to block out half a day of education to go over this module and the webinar recording is 30mins. That being said, it is a basic setup and doesn’t dive into the reporting features.

It DOES NOT go into the nitty gritty details of scoping out your own sales pipeline stages. So if you’re ready to jump into Infusionsoft and start building, this would be a great recording for you to watch!

I also know there’s a lot of controversy about the question “Is Infusionsoft’s Opportunity Sales Pipeline the most effective way to build a sales pipeline?”. This webinar does not discuss the pros and cons of a “Tag based pipeline” vs “Opportunity based pipeline”, but will be covered in another video post.
