This is definitely one of the worst CRM's. They have tried (and failed) to reinvent every related phrase on their site so that common elements with well established and agreed upon terms are tossed in the dirt here in favor of some odd phrase that only leads to confusion. Nearly everything about their site is so unintuitive and ass backwards. Due to the bad system they have in place, any admin on the account has to get micro-managed through the primary account holder meaning that AC is questioning everything an admin does until they hear from the primary admin. And due to their bad organization, AC can lock you out of a campaign you've created as an admin and without saying a word, that campaign will show as "sent" when nothing was ever sent. And if you decide to contact support, they will drone on and on about how they want to find a solution for you, but will literally never find a solution and then when you complain about lack of support, they will send you an email notification letting you know that they are closing your account. They wont tell you why, and they wont reply to any emails asking you why. This is my actual experience with AC and the only reason people promote them on youtube, is for the affiliate link. 😉

Great Video! Question how do you stop an automation for instance 1/2 way through if a tag was added to a contact?
