ActiveCampaign Landing Pages: First Look
autoresponder December 7th. 2020, 5:19amActiveCampaign launched pages a few weeks ago, which allows you to create landing pages with ActiveCampaign. Pretty cool, so I thought I record a quick video to play a bit around with it 🙃
I like how is it easy to use, but a few things confuse me a bit. For example, you can add a form to the page, but it doesn’t seem possible to connect this to ActiveCampaign somehow.

Hi Max, wondering if you had this issue – when I change the theme colours to my brand colours then hit 'publish' the page reverts back to the original theme colours. Very frustrating. Any thoughts?

Any update on how sign-ups and forms are supposed to work? All I want to do is ensure that when someone submits their email address, that they then drop into one of my lists in AC. I find it bizarre that this is possible with 3rd party software but not there own LOL!

i was confused on Forms as well. I took a look last week and Forms didn't make sense to me. 🙂 also wanted to be able to direct someone to a thank you page but couldn't figure that out either. work in progress I guess.

Hey max, lets say a user who already submitted a form and entered an automation after making a purchase with PayPal using Zapier. Is it possible to let active campaign know that the person who submitted the form is the person who payed? because I only want the person to get into the automation if submitted form and made a purchase however sometimes the email the user purchased with is different from the email in the submitted form. how can I let ActiveCampaign merge the 2 contacts (2 contacts as in one that used 2 emails one for the form and one for the PayPal) automatically?

Didn't know this was coming. Thanks for the video Max😀. So were you able to make the url with your site name? That would be good if they allowed that.

Hey Max! When using forms from LP, contact is created and receive two tags: 1 tag that tells the contact came through LP forms and the second tag tells the contact came from a specific LP. The contact is not added to a list automatically and you need to create an automation triggered by "Tag added" to add the contact to a list. It is confuse but is how it works! P.S.: You can change these tags names to follow your tag name convention!
