Appointment Scheduling for Infusionsoft (with Acuity)
autoresponder November 18th. 2020, 11:22amIf you are an Infusionsoft user and you need to give your customers the ability to book appointments, you’ll quickly find a handful of options that meet this need – but one tool that flies under the radar is Acuity.
I spent two days working with Lidiane Mocko, a CRM consultant and appoint integration specialist, and I walked away thinking “Why aren’t more people using this tool?”
In my opinion it’s worth a look for a few reasons – yes, it’s competitive in terms of pricing and baseline features, but also because of the cost savings you see as it scales, and because of the robust integration SchedulerLink provides between Acuity and Infusionsoft.
Another benefit of Scheduler Link is that it can pass payment details through to Infusionsoft – so if you need the ability to offer paid appointments you can do so without worrying your about making a mess of your data.

Thanks Greg and Lidiane. Working on a project with 114 calendars. I see that there is a 36 calendar option. Can we make something larger?

I use ScheduleOnce because it integrates natively with Infusionsoft. Would love to hear if there's a reason to switch.
